If you have an account at the tracker, you can email bug reports from the email address you used to register your account. Simply send an email to:
The subject should be the bug title. The body should be a message containing the bug report. You may attach any number of files to the email message. An initial email will be sent to you noting creation of the bug, and you will be emailed anytime the bug is updated. You may reply to any of these messages to add additional comments or files to the bug on the tracker.
